Stuffed Garlic Bread
If you are afraid to order food in these times of a Pandemic, then you aren't alone. I suggest you should try this easy Stuffed Garlic Bread recipe which shall look and taste just the same way as you wood order in some leading pizza chains but a this being homemade without any chemicals this is a much much healthier options.

Ingredients:
- Butter - 75gms
- All Purpose Floor (Maida) - 1cup
- Milk - 3/4 Cup
- Active Dry Yeast - 1 Tsp
- Sugar - 1 Tsp
- Salt - As required
- Herbs - Oregano & Chili Flakes atleast
- Garlic - 20 Cloves
- Cilantro - 1 cup (Coriander Leave will also do)
- Cheese - 2 Cubes (Processed Cheese)
- The first step is to make Garlic Butter.
- Take 75gms butter a small glass bowl and melt it.
- Add 10 chopped garlic cloves.
- Then add mixed herbs and chopped cilantro.
- Keep the mixture aside for use later on in the recipe.
- Take 1/2 cup milk in a large glass bowl and warm it in a microwave for 30 sec. (You can also use pre-warmed milk)
- Add the yeast and sugar to the milk, mix it and let is rest till it froths up. If it does not froth then your yeast is not active and your to start again with fresh good quality yeast.
- To the frothing milk, add the following:
- All purpose floor
- 10 cloves chopped garlic.
- Oregano or mixed herbs.
- 25gm Butter
- a pinch of salt
- Now knead the mixture into a smooth dough for 5 mins at least.
- Cover the the kneaded dough with a foil paper and let it rest for 1 hour.
- After an hour almost, the dough would have doubled in size.
- Now punch down the dough and roll it into a flat circular base as seen in above.
- Generously coat the base with the garlic butter we made earlier.
- Preheat your over or convection microwave at 180 Degrees Celsius for 5-7 mins.
- While the oven preheats, add 2 grated cubes of cheese to the half portion of the round base we made as shown in the pic above.
- Add chopped cilantro, mixed herbs & chili flakes.
- Now fold the base over and close its ends with the tip of a fork as shown in above pic.,
- Now make half cut marks on the folded dough as seen in the pic to help with tearing out pieces later on.
- Again apply the remaining garlic butter generously.
- Sprinkle chili flakes, mixed herbs & salt to taste.
- Now bake in the preheated oven for 15 mins.
